Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, no. 185 you can exercise the right of withdrawal; if you are not satisfied with the goods received, you will be refunded the amount incurred for the purchase of the products, excluding shipping costs. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us a communication by registered mail within and no later than 10 working days from receipt of the goods, addressing it to: Tuttestetica srl – Via M. D'Azeglio 19 – 40123 Bologna (BO).

Shipping abroad
We ship to all countries except: Canada, Hong Kong, Netherlands, Ukraine, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.
Any customs fees will be charged to the recipient.
Delivery takes place via TNT Express Courier, from Monday to Friday.
All orders placed before 12.00, Monday to Friday, are despatched the same day.

Tuttistetica srl cannot in any case be held responsible for damages arising from any delay in delivery that is not directly attributable to it or for damages caused by the carrier.
In the event of a refusal of the package, Tuttestetica srl reserves the right to ask the customer for the entire amount of the shipping costs, aggravated by the costs incurred for storage.

You can decide to buy the products on our online store and go to the office to collect the goods, at no additional cost.

Tuttestetica srl reserves the right to check the condition of the goods which must be returned with the original packaging and perfectly intact; only in the case of returned products equal to the origin we will provide for the refund which will take place in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within 30 days, with reference to the Legislative Decree of 22/05/1999 n.185, from receipt of the communication of withdrawal.
